Overview:

We worked on this brand new condominium development for CR, the most luxurious condo by the coast in Shenzhen, China. From demographics, user stories, to final renderings and everything in between, we delivered not only high-quality but also thoughtful design to our clients for the model suites and purchaser suites.

Roxy was in charge of the living and dining rooms from initial concept, FF&E sourcing, 3D modeling to DD/CD drafting and internal and external coordination.
